Binate exposes authenticated HTTP APIs on the VoiceAI Studio host (https://voice.thebinate.in) for sessions, contacts, campaigns, and telephony webhooks.
Common surfaces
- Auth - session / token based access for workspace users
- Contacts & campaigns - import, list, and dial queues
- Webhooks - Plivo / Twilio status callbacks and transfer events
- Integrations - OAuth callbacks for Google Calendar, Sheets, HubSpot
Getting credentials
API keys and webhook secrets are issued per workspace during onboarding. Contact sales@thebinate.in or open a request from your admin portal.
